High Memory Consumption by Process usdpAll (Doc ID 2435437.1)

Goal

The memory leakage issue after the software upgrade on this device from 7.3 to 7.5.  it appears to be using a lot more memory than before and there is a process "usdpALL" taking 25% of CPU which it was not there before the patch.
