T5120/T5220/T5140/T5240 The Ilom fails post after power on occurs (Doc ID 2436640.1)

Symptoms

Server down and unable to boot. All the LEDs in the front panel are off. Only two green LEDs were on (PS0 and PS1). Tried power-cycle server, but the same symptom persisted.

The ILOM failed post after power on occurred and the following messages were informed on the connected console:

Even with POST memory failed, ILOM boot has finished and prompted to login. When tried to log in, ILOM panicked and rebooted:
