Goal

Counter MpCpuAvg is not incremented on MP2 of DSR 8.1.2

In the group of Meausurements DA-MP Performance, the Counter MpCpuAvg which corresponds to DA-MP Average CPU utilization by Diameter process is not incremented when Diameter Traffic is UP.
The value of this counter is still at 0.00 only on one MP.
