Goal

M3UA links between STP to HLR were in-service normal.
While doing some cat-5 cabling work and it interrupted the IP connections.
The Sigtran links went Out of service and restored after they reconnected the cat-5 cable, but as soon as the link restored we started getting invalid routing context errors in UIM 1333 UA RCVD MSG DISCARDED.
