Symptoms
Ping RTT high on media interfaces.
For example a Ping test to the inside realm media interfaces, RTT changes from 1ms to 500+ms time to time.
Significant voice quality drop.
A Pcap taken using the "packet capture local" command shows incoming media flow has burstiness every second and we can see the jitter and RTP bursts on both interfaces on inwards direction:
