Why is the SBC sending the cause "Incoming calls barred within CUG (55)" in 403 forbidden for the Invite from the device when it de-registered state. It is confirmed there is no CUG enabled in the network.

From the investigations, we have found that the device seems to have dropped out of the network or not responding to any SIP messages, and then taken to a de-registered state. However it is still able to initiate a call from the Device. The P-CSCF does not have a registration status of the device, and will therefore reject the call. The behavior is correct, however investigate the incorrect cause code from the P-CSCF.
From the traces the SBC rejected with 403 Q.850;Cause=55;text=”Call Terminated”.
