ORACHK fails with error - UNABLE TO FIND LIBRARY 'LIBEXPAT.SO' in HP-UX

Symptoms
Orachk execution fails with the below error message:
./orachk
/usr/lib/hpux32/dld.so: Unable to find library 'libexpat.so'.=======>
./orachk[296]: 2532 Killed
user profile:

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/app/oracle/product/12.2.0/db_1/lib:/usr/ccs/lib
Test1:none:/app/oracle> ll /usr/lib/hpux32/libexpat*

Additional Symptoms:
- Orachk Execution fails with both oracle and root users with the above errors.
- Able to execute the previous version version orachk successfully with out any issues.
