DSR MINOR Alarm 10108 Duplicate Scheduled Export Task (Doc ID 2443591.1)

Goal

After upgrade DSR to version 7.2 customer noticed MINOR alarm:

10108 Duplicate Scheduled Export Task related to measurement tasks.

On active SOAM in the directory /var/tmp/export there are some .csv files which sizes are zero or several hundred bytes.
They are looking like incomplete files.

In SOAM GUI -> Active Task following is seen:

Task cancelled - the scheduled 'Diameter Exception Export Kat' task is already running or queued.

Cleared 10108 alarms by removing incomplete files in /var/tmp/export and by deleting tasks and recreating them again

The measurements are scheduled with parameters:
• Time Interval : Five Minute
• Export Frequency : Fifteen Minutes

Almost all available measurements are scheduled:  21 Tasks per DSR site.

Customer changed the parameter Minute which "Select the minute of each hour when the data will be written to the export directory".
Previously, all tasks had a value of Minute: 0. Now each task has a different value of Minute.
