Symptoms
After installation of a new Secure Global Desktop deployment within a secure customer site, the SGD Administrator of a received user reports that applications are failing to launch as expected when initiated via the HTML5 Client, but are successful via either of the other client modalities, including the Installed and Java client.
Review of the XPE logs corresponding to the launch attempts show errors like the following:
