Symptoms
System Administrators setting up Secure Global Desktop (SGD) 5.4 Unix CDM as per:
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E88357_01/E88360/html/cdm.html#cdm-config-unix-appserver
find that when they use Red Hat Linux 7.x as an application server, they get the error below when trying to configure CDM:
The System Administration may find that /smb can be mounted by NFSv3 but cannot be mounted by NFSv2.
