Unix Client Drive Mapping (CDM) on Red Hat Linux fails with the error of "Protocol not supported" (Doc ID 2445459.1)

Symptoms

System Administrators setting up Secure Global Desktop (SGD) 5.4 Unix CDM as per:

find that when they use Red Hat Linux 7.x as an application server, they get the error below when trying to configure CDM:



The System Administration may find that /smb can be mounted by NFSv3 but cannot be mounted by NFSv2.
