T5120/T5220/T5140/T5240 Voltage issues host is being powered off due to VDD errors (Doc ID 2445721.1)

Symptoms

The server crashed due to Critical Voltage Issues on Motherboard and the server fails to power on.

 

 

Event list will show VDD errors typically on a single sensor, though different machines can have different VDD sensors go off:

      Critical voltage value : host is being powered off
