Symptoms
One or more IO cards show bad state, (not up/up), cannot bring any iocard with bad state back to full up/up state by manually setting IO card(s) down then back up, or by issuing an 'iocard <slot#> reset'. Also find that cannot reboot the F1-15 Fabric Interconnect by issuing 'system cold-restart', receive this message when attempting 'system cold-restart':
