It is observed that DSR some times takes extra time to process PCRF initiated RAR messages.

PCRF sends RAR Message To P-DRA
PDRA sends RAR to PCEF after about 50ms, this behavior is seen intermittently.

So, the question here is why does P-DRA takes about 50ms to send the message to PCEF?
