Solaris 11.4 ldap_cachemgr Failing To Start On Boot Due To Missing Kerberos Ticket Cache Directory (Doc ID 2449957.1)

This issue happens with Solaris LDAP client configured to use sasl/GSSAPI to connect to LDAP servers. This is working as expected until system is rebooted. After system booting up, the ldap/client service is in the maintenance state. And, errors similar to the following messages can be observed in system log.



The issue is caused by the Kerberos default ticket cache directory change in Solaris 11.4.
