Symptoms

1.  After upgrade ZDLRA to 12.2.1.1.2 backup's are running extremely slow and does not complete

To narrow down the issue, NETTTEST were run as below from each node of protected database to each ZDLRA nodes

oracle@xxxxxxXXXXX ~]$ rman target / catalog <USER>/<pwd@<EZ CONNECT STRING>/<PASSWORD> debug trace=/tmp/nettest.trc log=/tmp/nettest.log

RMAN> run {
allocate channel foo device type sbt PARMS "SBT_LIBRARY=/<DIR>/12.1.0.2/<DB_HOME>/lib/libra.so,
ENV=(RA_HOST=<ingest_ip>,_RA_TRACE_LEVEL=1000,RA_WALLET='location=file:/<DIR>/product/12.1.0.2/<DB_HOME>/dbs/zdlra credential_alias=<EZ CONNECT STRING>/zdlcat:dedicated')";
send channel foo 'NETTEST 100M' ;
}

Results of NETTEST were as follows, which confirmed that the issue was with ZDLRA node1.

Protected_db_NODE1 -> ZDLRA_NODE1 = Hung/Does not complete
Protected_db_NODE1 -> ZDLRA_NODE2 = Completed
Protected_db_NODE2 -> ZDLRA_NODE1 = Hung/Does not complete
Protected_db_NODE2 -> ZDLRA_NODE2 = Completed

2.  Some  backups are  failing with the following error  :

ORA-27192: skgfcls: sbtclose2 returned error - failed to close file
