ISR RSS Not Active (Doc ID 2452335.1)

Symptoms

ISR RSS's rebooted and now it is in an inactive state.

The recorder.log shows a failure to connect

Basically if the NAS is mounted and the server reboots then the recorder wont start. However if we unmount the NAS and remove from the fstab so it wont remount on reboot and then reboot the server then the server starts ok.

Changes

Unmounted and re-mounted the NAS and then restarted all the services and this brought the recorder back into service.

However noticed that the archival service is still not running.
