VSM6 & 7, VTCS: How to setup Ecam Over IP Setup

Symptoms
Having issues setup Ecam over IP.
Its a New Installation
New robotic architecture, we would like to implement Ecam over IP.
IP Ports have been defined as follows:
IP Port Information :
Node ID Name IP Address Prefix Interface
------- ---------- -------------------- ----------
1 UI 1xx.1xx.1xx.xx.xx igb0 (net0)
2 UI 1xx.1xx.1xx.1xx.xx igb0 (net0)
Moreover, in the config. VSM, we have indicated as advised in the doc:
VTSS NAME=VSM68 +
CMDCONN=TCPIP IPCONN=(1xx.1xx.1xx.xx,1xx.1xx.1xx.xx)
VTSS NAME=VSM69 +
CMDCONN=TCPIP IPCONN=(1xx.1xx.1xx.xx,1xx.1xx.1xx.xx)
They have performed above actions to enable Ecam Over IP, However, it does not work and they would like to know the reason and also to resolve the issues.
