Goal
rept-stat-iptps doesn't show actual PEAK level.
There was an overloading issue happened for a link on Tx path. Eagle reported discard level during this time.
On the output of rept-stat-iptps to identify what was the actual TPS Peak, Eagle didn't show actual PEAK timestamp and value but kept an old PEAK value.
