Goal
The purpose of HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) is to force HTTP connections to redirect to HTTPS connections. On engineered systems components that support web based administration (node ILOMs, IB switch ILOMs and PDUs), disabling HTTP in these forces all connections to use HTTPS instead thus meeting the intent of HSTS. This document details how to make this configuration change.
