Symptoms

Some IPFE responder connections may not come up after upgrading the DSR to 8.3 release.

The connections shows in Listening state which means that DSR is listening on the port for peer to send the initiation message (SCTP_INIT) to bring up the connection.

However looking at the pcap traces collected on IPFE it is evident that the peer is sending the SCTP_INIT message to bring up the connection.

Further PCAP captured on the DA-MP does not shows the SCTP_INIT being received.

Upgrade to DSR 8.3
