EEST: How to update the Brazil (DST) 2018 - Daylight Saving Time

Goal
With the recent changes for the BST (DST ). We have to update the RPMs in order to correct the clock's for the DST changes.
To confirm the current settings for DST:
-- [root@db01 ~]# zdump -v Brazil/East | grep 2018
Brazil/East Sun Feb 18 01:59:59 2018 UTC = Sat Feb 17 23:59:59 2018 BRST isdst=1 gmtoff=-7200
