StorageTek Tape Analytics (STA) - After IP Address Change, STA Will No Longer Connect To SL8500

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The STA server had two IP network connections.
IP1 = Public Network (xxx.xx.x.x)
IP2 = Library Network (xxx.xx.x.x)
When doing a test connection from "Setup & Administration" the following error is returned:
MIB Walk Channel :: Failed (STA cannot MIB walk Library 'ncc-sl8500' : UNKNOWN)
Trap Channel :: Not Tested
Media Validation Support :: Not Tested
'ping' from the STA host to the library is successful. 'snmpwalk' and 'snmpget' commands are also completing successfully:
