Symptoms

Unable to display Solaris console on a monitor connected to the rear Video Graphics Array (VGA) port. Upon Solaris booting process, the following message is displayed:

WARNING: /pci@400/pci@1/pci@0/pci@7/pci@0/display@0 doesn't support terminal emulation mode; switching to virtual console

Changes

 Symptom noted after Solaris upgrade to Support Repository Update (SRU) 11.4.2.3.0
