Cloud IDIH Ver 8.3 Cannot Find Traces (Doc ID 2481162.1)

Symptoms

DSR 8.3 and iDIH are fresh installed. DSR is configured and running traffic. iDIH is configured via DSR and ComAgent connections are in service.
Traces are performed and matches are found, but when launching iDIH, I see a message on iDIH Protrace that no matches are found with the trace Id. I see the trace id on the SOAM table, and the number of matches, however iDIH keeps coming up empty.
