show /SYS is showing product_part_number = unknown and product_serial_number = unknown in Infiniband switch causing ASR not to configure. (Doc ID 2482008.1)

Symptoms

 As per the below output we are seeing that /SYS is showing product_part_number = unknown and product_serial_number = unknown and due to this ASR is unable to setup the configuration.
