DSR NOAM Is Not Forwarding Traps For Application Level Alarms (Doc ID 2484041.1)

Symptoms

 Configured SNMP Trapping in DSR NOAM, we are receiving some traps but not all the application events. For example, connection alarms are not being sent via SNMP to the NorthBound Manager

Changes

 Connections drop to our carrier DSR yesterday but no alarms are seen.
Also IDIH doe snot show there are any active alarms while connections are down.
