Symptoms
Since upgrade of OCEEMS from RedHat Linux to Oracle Linux 7.5 (strictly recommended by Oracle) we have detected problem with Measurement and FTRA connections, means no measurement and no FTRA-data are transferred from STP to the OCEEMS-Server.

Install of Oracle Linux 7.5 (which contains OpenSSH 7.4)
