Problem Summary
---------------------------------------------------
Managing /etc/resolv.conf
Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
svccfg -s network/dns/client setprop config/search = astring: '("abc.com" "xyz.abc.com")'
svcadm refresh dns/client
svcadm restart dns/client
Leave the DNS corrupt.
Using "nscfg import -f name-service/switch" seem to work fine.
Both produce the results of ...
"root@hougl17:~# svccfg -s network/dns/client listprop config
config application
config/nameserver net_address 10.xx.xx.xx 10.xx.xx.xx
config/search astring "abc.com\" \"xyz.abc.com"
config/value_authorization astring solaris.smf.value.name-service.dns.client
Only the import version seems to be valid.
