Purpose

Some SGD Administrators may be responsible for managing multiple, independent Secure Global Desktop (SGD) deployments within their organization.  In such a scenario, it is possible that a common application server may be tasked to provision supported applications to multiple SGD instances in parallel using supported protocols, up to the resource limits of that server.

Important limitations do exist in environments that may have multiple versions or patch levels of SGD Software and use the optional SGD Enhancenemt Module.  This document is intended to outline the support requirements for the SGD Enhancement Module in mixed version environments.

This document is intended specifically for institutional SGD Administrators managing multiple versions of Secure Global Desktop.
