Primavera P6 18.8.x fails to launch with Secure Global Desktop (Doc ID 2490245.1)

Symptoms

Users find that they cannot launch Primavera P6 18.8.x with Secure Global Desktop (SGD).  The issues seen are:


 - When both user name and password is input in the pop-up of SGD application login, the application window is opened but the application itself is not launched.
 - When only user name is input in the pop-up of SGD application login, Windows login page is showed up. After the user select a Windows login user, a blank screen shows and the application is not launched.

Users though can launch Primavera P6 16.x with SGD normally.
