Symptoms

The Secure Global Desktop (SGD )Administrator may receive reports from connecting users that Copy and Paste functionality is not working as expected within provisioned applications.

This type of report is most often observed in scenarios wherein the hosting platform of the Application is different from that of the connecting client.  This is not an inherently MacOS issue, but one that is often highlited on the platform due to the discrepancy in use between MacOS as a client device vs. Application server.

Examples

1. A user connecting to SGD on a MacOS client device reports that Copy and Paste key commands (command+c, command+v) do not copy and paste content as expected within a provisioned Xterm environment.
