SL150 - Slow Response From Operator Panel and Web BUI (Doc ID 2494438.1)

Symptoms

SL150 fully operational, mounts/dismounts working as expected. Firmware version: 3.50.
Very slow responses from browser user interface (BUI) and local operator panel.
No network issue was identified and there were no timeouts or delays when running "ping" tests from workstation to library.
In this particular case, the operator panel screen went totally blank and the BUI access became unavailable after 1-2 days. However, the library was still operational, customer was still able to run backup jobs without interruptions or delays.
