Diameter Signaling Router (DSR): SCTP Statistics Displays Incorrect State of Peer IP Address (Doc ID 2495609.1)

Secondary path of Multi-homed SCTP association is down.
- Ping to secondary peer IP is failing.
- HB and HB_Ack is not getting exchanged on secondary path.
At this time Alarm 22103 – SCTP Path Unavailable should also be present.
Now, Go to Active SOAM GUI Main Menu: Diameter -> Maintenance -> Connections and select the connection then click SCTP Statistics at the bottom of the page.
SCTP Statistics page shows that both Peer IP Addresses are in Active state.
