Symptoms

 Systems being monitored by Enterprise Manager can cause large batch of REST calls causing  BUI access issues to ZFS Storage appliance nodes running OS8.8.x appliance firmware. The BUI and REST API will become non-responsive.

Apache/2.4.33 (Unix) -  The website is not available

 Apache shutdowm after error:
[Thu May 31 02:05:07.813114 2018] [mpm_event:error] [pid 744:tid 1] AH00484: server reached MaxRequestWorkers setting, consider raising the MaxRequestWorkers setting
[Thu May 31 06:27:09.088925 2018] [mpm_event:notice] [pid 744:tid 1] AH00491: caught SIGTERM, shutting down
