Scalable Services In Shared-IP Zone Clusters can not come online after upgrading to Oracle Solaris Cluster 4.4 (Doc ID 2498207.1)

After upgrading Oracle Solaris Cluster software Scalable service is not starting in zone cluster.

Below are the error messages from /var/adm/messages or console:

[SUNW.gds.6.RG-NAME,RS-NAME.SSM_START]: Scalable services configuration is disabled for zone cluster zc1

Check errors in both global cluster node and zone cluster node.

Upgrade from OSC 4.3.
