Voice Quality CSV And Graph do not match

Goal
After exporting the csv file from the "Voice Quality" tab and then comparing it to the current Voice Quality graph, they do not match i.e. the %/total of call qualities in minutes or seconds. For example, using the screenshot below of the csv file and the Voice Quality graph it was captured from, for the timestamp of 19:00 UTC it shows 3282 mins 15 secs of calls with MOS score >4.34. The CSV file for the same time shows 13129 seconds.
