Unable to update system firmware using the sysfwdownload utility after updating to 9.6.24 (Doc ID 2505800.1)

Symptoms

 sysfwdownload utility was used to update the System Firmware on a T5-2 from version 9.6.24 to 9.6.23



The SP event logs indicate the firmware update successful, i.e.

However, if we check firmware version, it still stays at 9.6.24 i.e.

Changes

 The System Firmware was recently updated to version 9.6.24
