OCSM: INVITE Messages Missing when SIP URI Username has NON - RFC 3261 Parameters (Doc ID 2508458.1)

Symptoms

Missing SIPREC INVITEs from our SBCs to our OCCAS Servers in OCOM. The UDP packets are fragmented due to size of the INVITEs and our MTU setting on the SBC. The traffic was seen on the probes via the Trace Tool, but was not seen in the traffic in the Call Viewer. Is OCOM able to handle fragmented UDP packets?
