Goal

Need to understand about the parameter of Connection Configuration Sets.
The SCTP Option has "Socket Send Buffer Size (bytes)" and "Socket Receive Buffer Size (Bytes)",
How can we measure exact Send Buffer Size and Receive Buffer Size.
Also, please tell me about the alarms and events that occur when the thresholds listed in Configuration Sets are exceeded.
