Oracle Communications Session Monitor (OCSM) is not showing all SIP messages e.g. calls are showing timed out due to missing BYE messages. Investigation of the probes connected to the ME (Mediation Engine) reveal that the "rat_stats" output shows high amount of dropped packets on probe(s) e.g.
also "ps -aux" shows the rat process (/opt/oracle/ocsm/sbin/rat) using up a lot of CPU:
