SL150/IBM LTO7 - Tape Cartridge Stuck on Bridge Drive

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Initially found stuck tape issue in SL150 Library.
Stuck tape issue was with the bridge drive.
Replaced drive, but issue appear again on same drive. Replace 2nd drive but again 2nd time issue appears on same drive.
Issue is not with Drive and changed Bridge drive configuration to another drive location in library and notice issue also shifted along with Bridge drive.
To make sure, changed Bridge drive configuration with 3 different drives in library and noticed issue (stuck tape issue ) was following the Bridge drive every time.
This issue was with IBM LTO7 drive with Drive firmware J4D1 and lower.
Symptoms
Tape cartridge stuck on Bridge Drive in SL150 library with IBM LTO7 Drives.
When we change Bridge drive configuration to Other drive in library, Issue also shifting along with bridge drive. This issue noticed on IBM LTO7 Drive, it may occur on other drives as well.
