Goal

The "tpdProvd", TPD Provisioning Daemon is a process running in the background that provides a messaging interface to provision and query the provisioning of the TPD system over an SSL transport.  It's a required process in a functioning EPAP system.

This document contains information on how to restart of tpdProvd in EPAP system.
