Symptoms

Error during RMAN DUPLICATE Database Command. Customer is on ZDLRA_12.2.1.1.2.201811-29042717 (Nov PSU IP1)

RA-19507: failed to retrieve sequential file, handle="<HANDLE_NAME>", parms=""
ORA-27029: skgfrtrv: sbtrestore returned error
ORA-19511: non RMAN, but media manager or vendor specific failure, error text:
KBHS-07502: File not found
KBHS-01404: See trace file /<ORACLE_BASE>/<DBHOME>/rdbms/log/<SBTIO>.log for details
KBHS-01300: unable to read back
failover to previous backup
