State the status of the GTT Analysis with XLAT=NONE parameter, by detailing the following conditions

When GPORT/GFLEX is not triggered
When GPORT or GFLEX is triggered, and MSISDN or IMSI is provisioned in the EPAP
When GPORT or GFLEX is triggered, and MSISDN or IMSI is not provisioned in the EPAP
When GPORT or GFLEX is triggered, and MSISDN or IMSI is provisioned without SP code in the EPAP
When GPORT or GFLEX is triggered, and MSISDN or IMSI is provisioned with an SP code in the EPAP
