Symptoms

MacOS Users report that "scrolling" is not working as expected within remote applications provisioned by Secure Global Desktop (SGD).

In this scenario, the user has successfully launched a full screen application—for example, a Windows Desktop—but has found that scroll events initiated by the mouse (via scroll wheel, track ball, or Apple "Magic Mouse" gestures) are not passed as expected to individual fields within the remote application.

When in this state, the user is able to navigate (scroll up and down) within the remote application using the application's scrollbars.  The user may also notice that the full "remote session window" also has scrollbars, and appears to scroll up and down during these scrolling events.

Meanwhile, local applications will continue to scroll windows, and target fields as expected using the same pointing device.
