Single Sign On Not Working after Integration with Oracle Access Manager (Doc ID 2531508.1)

Symptoms

Customer find that Single Sign On (SSO) does not work as expected after integration with Oracle Access Manager.

After users input username/password in the OAM login page, they are redirected to Secure Global Desktop (SGD) login page instead of the SGD Workspace.

Solution
 1. Make sure SSO is configured following the steps in the administration guide.
 2. Make sure the configuration for webgate.conf is correct.
 3. The OAM_DN setting should be set to ${user.attr.uid} instead of ${user.attr.dn} in the OAM console.
 
 4. Make sure `tomcatAuthentication="false"` attribute is not set on the AJP connection in  /opt/tarantella/webserver/tomcat/<version>/conf/server.xml.
