'odaadmcli power disk off' command failure when replace disk

Symptoms
Replace the disk and it cannot be power off disk by command 'odaadmcli power disk off'

[root@hostname ~]# odaadmcli power disk off pd_01
Disk 'pd_01' is already part of ASM

odaadmcli power disk off pd_01 failed
