DSR: "No DA-MP Leader Detected” Error on the Active Alarm List, After Rebooting All the Servers for DSR (Doc ID 2537831.1)

Symptoms

Getting “No DA-MP Leader Detected” error on the active alarm list.

All the servers iLO prompt are also showing the "NIC link is down" for eth02.

Changes

While rebooting all the servers for DSR and after rebooting the active SOAM (B), we start getting “No DA-MP Leader Detected” error on the active alarm list.
Both the MPs and IPFEs went to downconnection state.

SOAM servers are unable to communicate with MPs and IPFEs via the internal network interface, IMI (VLAN4).
The servers are using bonding configuration (eth01 and eth02) and the active link was eth02 on all the 4 servers.
