ACSLS: LibAttach Failling Test Connectivity With "STATUS_IPC_FAILURE"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When testing connectivity from LibAttach, an error message is retrieved saying "STATUS_IPC_FAILURE"
From DIVA drives are going into "Offline" state;
When checking the connectivity between ACSLS and DIVA, it all went ok, rpcinfo -p / ping confirmed that the 2 servers can communicate with each other without any issue -> see ACSLS - How to Validate Network Connectivity to ACSLS (Doc ID 1016554.1)
ACSLS was able to mount / dismount tapes for the drives managed by DIVA;
Other Backup Software apps were able to use ACSLS without any issue. ( Oracle HSM and BetBackup )
No error messages are found in acsss_event.log
There was a recent update done to Windows server;
DIVArchiver Manager was added recently.
