Symptoms

 The GUI on-line help doesn't work after upgrade to DSR 8.1.2. Same problem is observed on NOAM and SOAM interface after upgrade. Getting the below error,

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
